JCM Deal Desk is boutique, relationship-driven, and invitation or referral oriented. Choose an Annual Membership at $495/month (12-month commitment) or Month-to-Month at $750/month (3-month minimum). Tell us about your practice and JCM will be in touch.

Independent review of incentive requests from developers and companies, from a team that has worked inside City Hall. Many reviews can be paid for by the applicant through a reimbursement agreement.

Standard$2,500/monthUp to 8 screens and 2 full deal analyses a year, counterproposals and term sheets, up to 4 Council or board appearances.

Partner$4,500/monthScreens on a reasonable-use basis, up to 4 full analyses, negotiation led by JCM, and compliance administration for up to 5 agreements.

Also available: Incentive Policy & Intake Toolkit ($7,500 one-time), per-request analyses ($2,500 screen; $7,500–$30,000 full or complex), compliance administration ($3,000–$6,000 per agreement per year), and Board or Council workshops ($2,500). Retainers are 12-month agreements.
